To place an order, for the quickest processing of your order, please call or e-mail your order to us.
You may also order via mail. If you do not wish to send your credit card number via email,

Be sure to include the correct shipping rate based on your order total as noted below. Washington State Residents,
please add 8.9% sales tax.
There is a $10 charge for insufficiently funded checks plus any collection costs incurred.
C.O.D. orders are accepted for those who choose to pay via this method.
Only a money order or cashier's check will be accepted by the delivery person. No personal checks accepted.
Orders can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or banker's cashier check drawn on a U.S. bank.

except for heavy equipment, polishing grit or special items, which are generally subject to higher rates.

Returns Goods returned for exchange must be returned within 15 days of receipt. If said goods have been abused or used, full credit for their return will not be allowed. An exchange charge of $4.00 plus freight will be made if Wester Design did not err in the original shipment. The modest charge will help cover re-packaging, etc. Goods returned for refund will be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. |
